Undergraduate research, a hallmark of UW-Eau Claire, will be celebrated at the annual Celebration of Excellence in Research and Creative Activity (CERCA), where students will present their impressive array of projects to the campus and community.
The 27th annual CERCA event will take place from April 29-May 3 in the W.R. Davies Student Center. The CERCA Event Calendar begins on Monday, April 29, with the Math Retreat, followed by events like the WiSys Quick Pitch Schedule, hundreds of research poster displays and presentations, and the Provost's Honors Symposium on Friday, May 3.
As the Center of Excellence for Faculty and Undergraduate Student Research Collaboration in the UW System, UW-Eau Claire continually stands out among peer institutions as the best place for undergraduates to experience this level of research. Blugolds are able to collaborate with expert faculty on the sorts of projects most typically reserved for graduate students.
For the full schedule and more details, view the 2019 CERCA Abstract Book.
Community members may stop at the university's Visitor Center, 127 Roosevelt Ave., for parking instructions. More details are available on the CERCA website.
